Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fraud Oversight Manager to enhance our Second Line function. This role will support the Head of Fraud Risk in monitoring and managing the bank's exposure to fraud.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fraud assurance tools to evaluate the effectiveness of fraud prevention measures and operational performance.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and oversee the execution of risk mitigation strategies.
- Document findings from reviews in formal reports and communicate these insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively manage risks to ensure compliance with upcoming regulatory and legislative changes.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to best practices in fraud prevention.
- Analyze data metrics, trends, and patterns, sharing significant findings with stakeholders.
- Regularly assess compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Design and deliver training programs for team members.
- Respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Fraud or Financial Crime role.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Inquisitive mindset with the capability to analyze data and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders, capable of presenting findings effectively.
