Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Vehicle Solutions team as we continue to grow. This role presents a competitive commission structure and significant opportunities for career advancement for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed quarterly and annual sales targets for new business.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline using the Radius Vehicle Solutions CRM platform.
- Identify and cultivate strategic prospects and new accounts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all Radius Vehicle Solutions clients.
- Oversee assigned accounts and their associated revenue streams.
- Prepare and implement customer-specific service level agreements and management information dashboards.
- Generate sales reports and proposals in a timely and consistent manner.
- Ensure that information is presented clearly and positively.
- Foster strong working relationships within the broader teams and support functions.
- Follow up on sales leads to successful conclusion.
- Gain familiarity with the complete range of products offered by the business and tailor sales strategies to meet customer requirements.
- Analyze market trends and incorporate insights into future business strategies.
- Enhance industry awareness of the Group's expertise in the vehicle acquisition market.
- Monitor trade and economic conditions to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities.
- Prepare and submit quotations and tender responses.

- Ability to deliver compelling presentations to prospects and clients.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a stable employment history in the vehicle contract hire, leasing, or rental industry, demonstrating a track record of meeting new business targets. You are proactive in following up leads and possess strong networking skills to generate high-quality appointments.
