Customer Development Specialist - Premium BeveragesWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Development Specialist to join our dedicated field sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the on-trade market, ensuring the success of our premium beverage portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a brand ambassador for Asahi UK's premium beer portfolio, engaging with outlet decision-makers and bar teams to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to execute strategic initiatives, including advocacy programs, training sessions, and trade activation campaigns.
- Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, achieving visit targets and delivering annual distribution, retention, and volume goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.
- Capture and analyze data from each visit using a CRM system to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Demonstrated passion for premium beverages, with previous experience in the beer or hospitality industry preferred.
