We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team at Brooklyn Travel Group. As a key member of our Retail arm, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of travel products, including tour operators and airlines, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Represent Brooklyn Travel with professionalism and confidence, both face-to-face and online, to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Support colleagues with their bookings, ensuring seamless processes and considering all options available to them.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored travel solutions.
  • Maximize sales and customer satisfaction by suggesting upgrades and additional products.
  • Take ownership of sales targets and contribute to team goals, striving for maximum profit on individual sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a travel sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of travel products, including tour operators and airlines, and experience selling cruise and long-haul holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team.
