Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our East Caithness Health and Social Care Integrated Team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and supporting individuals after they have left hospital.

The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative. You will provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to the local community.

Requirements

A driving licence is essential for this post, and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes. This is a permanent part-time post of 13.9 hours per week, working 7.00am to 11.00am, 4 days on, 4 days off, or as per service requirements.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
