Responsibilities:
* Handle inquiries from potential study participants, conducting phone screens to collect demographic data and medical history information.
* Assess the suitability of volunteers for clinical trials, identifying the right trial opportunity based on therapeutic indication and medical history.
* Effectively communicate the relevance of the study and essential clinical trial details to participants.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics for qualified participants.
Requirements:
* Strong telephone skills and customer service experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* GCSE educated.
* Previous experience in clinical trials and knowledge of medical terminology is ideal but not required.
