As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the site, while providing exceptional customer service to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the site
  • Provide information to members of the public to assist with the disposal of their waste
  • Operate the booking system on the six booking sites
  • Redirect commercial customers and portray the best corporate image
  • Advise and assist centre users to maximise segregation and recycling

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work to own initiative
  • Record keeping
  • Dealing with difficult situations
