The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will lead a team of advertising specialists, adhere to budgets, and ensure that our advertising targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook), Snapchat, and Google Ads.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of advertising specialists.
  • Develop and adhere to advertising budgets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Create and present detailed reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager who has a proven track record of success in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools, and experience in managing and leading a team. You should also have strong communication and reporting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
