About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  2. Manage and oversee all paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of advertising specialists to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  4. Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  3. Excellent knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools.
  4. Experience in managing and leading a team.
  5. Strong communication and reporting skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
