Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Test Centre Administrator to join our team in Swindon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exams and providing exceptional customer service to our candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in candidates, ensuring a smooth and secure testing experience.
- Verify candidate identification documents and explain the exam process.
- Proctor candidates during exams, maintaining a secure and distraction-free environment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal departments to resolve problems.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable testing environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- High school qualifications in English and Maths.
