Key Responsibilities of the Field Care Supervisor

The Field Care Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.

This role includes providing leadership and management to a designated team of caregivers, ensuring that they possess the necessary skills and competencies while fostering a culture of continuous professional development.

Additionally, the Field Care Supervisor will oversee the assessment of current clients, ensuring that high-quality, person-centered care is both planned and delivered effectively.

Acting as an ambassador for Unique Senior Care, the Field Care Supervisor will work collaboratively with key local service providers, including NHS partnerships, social work departments, and community organizations.
