Job Title: Care Team Leader Contract

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our team at Lifeways Group, a leading provider of supported living services in Coventry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our services, ensuring that excellent care is delivered to our service users. This is a temporary role for 12 months, and we are looking for someone who can provide leadership, guidance, and support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care services.
  2. Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure that our services meet the needs of our service users.
  3. Ensure that our services are compliant with external regulatory standards.
  4. Provide supervision and support to care staff, including conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  1. Hold an NVQ/SVQ 3 or a QCF level 3 award certificate or diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  2. Have relevant experience in a care setting, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
  3. Be able to work flexibly, including participating in a 24-hour on-call rotational system.
