Join Our Team as a Care Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Humber Court in Coventry. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Care Assistants and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of Care Assistants and ensure correct procedures are followed
  • Develop, implement, and maintain individual care and support plans
  • Provide residents and relatives with an effective communication network
  • Carry out 1 sleep-in per week & work weekend shifts as part of a rota system

Requirements
  • An NVQ / QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or will work towards this qualification)
  • Experience in a care leadership role, preferably in a care home setting
