About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Product Team, you'll play a crucial role in guiding product pipelines, defining product technical specifications, and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging technologies and market trends.
- Define product technical specifications and establish gold standards for quality and performance.
- Oversee user testing and coordinate independent lab testing to validate product performance and efficacy.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive product knowledge is transferred across the business.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and experience managing projects from concept to launch.
- A keen interest in emerging developments within beauty technology, along with a thorough grasp of the technical nuances and scientific evidence that underlie the product development process.
- Strong communication abilities, with the confidence to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
