About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast and friendly service to customers, answering their queries and helping them find the perfect products.
- Share your passion and knowledge about our products with customers, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Take ownership of your own development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking feedback from colleagues and managers.
About You:
We are looking for a friendly, calm, and efficient individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a great communicator, always looking for ways to help and support your colleagues and customers. You will be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job, and be flexible and supportive in your approach.
What's Next:
As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
