The Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Calvin Klein. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Authorise discounts and resolve customer queries
  • Be a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
  • Outfit build for customers and make further product recommendations
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve
  • Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organisation issues are addressed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships with ease
  • Team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others
  • Ability to work well with change and adapt quickly
  • Energetic and authentic, with a clear presence on the shop floor
  • Approach all issues with a 'can do' attitude and act with initiative to find in-store solutions
