We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Non-Medical Prescriber Nurse to join our team at Turning Point. This role is essential in providing support to individuals facing challenges related to substance use.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver comprehensive nursing care to clients with substance use issues.
2. Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support.
4. Provide education and resources to clients and their families.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.

Essential Requirements:
- A Full UK Driving License and Access to a Vehicle.
- Commitment to supporting individuals in overcoming substance-related challenges.

Work Schedule:
Part Time: 22.2 Hours Per Week / 3 Days Per Week

Location:
Trowbridge & Salisbury
