We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at the Spinal Injuries Treatment Centre. As a regional spinal centre, we provide comprehensive care to individuals from across the south west of England, from initial injury to rehabilitation and beyond.
Main Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patient care, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
- Promote the health and well-being of patients, clients, and groups through various opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive, systematic, and accurate nursing assessments of physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and document individualized plans of care, in partnership with patients, clients, and their families, within a framework of informed consent.
Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, including Physio and Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychology, Medical Teams, and other specialists, you will provide high-quality care to patients with spinal cord injuries.
