About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at a renowned College. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Epilepsy, Autism, and other severe learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students in accessing learning through tailored, personalized methods, both in individual and group settings.
  • Contribute to student records and reports alongside Teachers and specialist staff.
  • Participate in classroom, curriculum, staff, and other relevant meetings.
  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure the College runs smoothly.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and welfare for students in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with senior staff or designated safeguarding leads as needed.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with and supporting young people. You will be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, and flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and challenging situations.
