Job Description

Capital One - UK is seeking a skilled Customer Complaints Case Handler to join our Complaints Resolution team.

About this role

We are the customer advocates at the heart of our operation, dedicated to solving problems for customers who need our support. As a member of our team, you will be the voice of our customers, using your critical thinking and understanding of Capital One and industry-wide policies and processes to drive great outcomes.

We encourage ownership and accountability, so you will be empowered to use your judgment when deciding outcomes and will own the resolution for each of the customers you advocate for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer complaints from receipt right through to resolution, including a final written response

  • Understand industry regulation and how it matches with Capital One policies

  • Support customers and resolve their concerns

  • Conduct thorough investigations to help understand customers' situations and find resolutions

  • Remain customer-focused and empathetic throughout the complaint resolution process
