Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at NCH Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service assistance to our clients and line managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and service assistance to clients and line managers
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and machinery
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including receiving deliveries and arranging collections of waste
  • Repair and refurbish degreasing equipment
Requirements:
  • Current full driving license
  • Mechanical and electrical understanding
  • Ability to use power tools and follow health and safety procedures
  • Good knowledge of health and safety policies and practices
  • Engineering background or relevant warehouse experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and customer relationship management software
