Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the well-being of young people, meeting their individual needs.
  2. Guarantee both homes operate in compliance with OFSTED regulations, care standards, company policies, and legislative requirements.
  3. Offer training, supervision, and support to staff, fostering a respectful and empowering work environment.
  4. Provide strong leadership to ensure the homes are efficiently managed and well-staffed to deliver exceptional care.
  5. Assist in the hiring, selection, and onboarding of new staff, ensuring all checks and training are completed.

Requirements:

  1. A proven track record working with Ofsted.
  2. Experience working with children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
  3. Compassion and empathy.
  4. Experience in commissioning.
  5. A relevant management qualification, ideally Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
  6. A strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and related legislation.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  8. The ability to manage pressure and handle challenging situations.
  9. A commitment to continuous professional development.

Benefits:

  1. Ofsted rating bonuses up to £3,000.
  2. Occupancy bonuses up to £250 per month.
  3. Quarterly bonuses up to £450 for Reg 44 and internal audits.
