Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Reception Services: Warmly welcome and assist guests, answer inquiries about facilities, and provide support to the reception team.
  • Manage Room Bookings: Accurately record and cancel unused rooms, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the Reception Team: Communicate with the reception team via switchboard to notify them of guest arrivals and ensure a smooth handover.
  • Handle Guest Requests: Assist with drink requests, collect and collate mail, and scan and forward legal mail as needed.
  • Prepare Payroll Documentation: Ensure timely delivery of payroll documentation to Birmingham.
  • Maintain Attention to Detail: Ensure excellent attention to detail, especially when opening post that requires scanning.

About the Role: This is a temporary contract for 1 week, starting from Monday 30th September and finishing on Friday 4th October 2024. You will work full-time hours and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
