About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with their personal hygiene care, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Recognize and understand clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and infections, and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.
  • Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their individuality and dignity.
  • Practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Experience is not required, as we offer a thorough induction and training program to ensure your confidence in the role.

  • Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home.
  • Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
  • Be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
