Scania GB is seeking a dedicated individual with outstanding customer service abilities to step into the role of Parts Advisor. This position is primarily focused on delivering prompt and effective support for the Aftersales operations while striving to meet and surpass sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure parts according to operational requirements and follow up with suppliers.
- Assist in the delivery and collection of parts as necessary, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
- Enhance part sales and fixed price repairs through proactive selling by utilizing the main national part sales programs.
- Answer phone calls in a courteous and welcoming manner, adhering to company greeting standards.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships by providing expert parts knowledge and exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer needs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Aid in maintaining an optimal stock profile for the branch while minimizing obsolescence.
- Actively engage in ongoing stock checks to reduce discrepancies in stock check lines.
