Programme Management Placement Scheme

At Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains, we offer a 12-month Programme Management Placement Scheme that provides a unique opportunity for individuals to contribute to our success story.

In Programme Management, we ensure complex projects are managed through various technical and unpredictable stages to meet tight deadlines. We are responsible for delivering Championship-Winning programmes and groundbreaking Advanced Technology programmes.

Purpose of the Role
  • Gain experience in Programme Management and Operations in delivering world-class programmes.
  • Learn how to plan and coordinate Power Unit programmes, ensuring the correct Power Unit hardware is available when required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work methodically to ensure accurate and timely delivery of programme information.
  • Show a high level of attention to detail to ensure programme success.
  • Develop strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver key programme information concisely and accurately.
  • Be enthusiastic and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
Requirements
  • Relevant computer programmes, including project plans and engineering drawings.
  • Awareness of motorsport or similar industries.
  • Studying for an Engineering, Science, or Business-related degree.
