We are looking for a well-organized, enthusiastic, and committed individual to become a part of our friendly, award-winning team as a New Resident Liaison.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a New Resident Liaison, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Administrator by initiating conversations with inquiries and coordinating all tours with the Customer Service Manager.

Your additional responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming individuals courteously and professionally, whether in person or via phone.
  • Overseeing the tour process and training the staff to meet the expected standards.

This list is not exhaustive, and other tasks may be assigned that align with the skills and experience required for this position.

To excel in this role, you should embody our values of compassion, support, honesty, respect, and accountability in all your actions.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a prior administrative role, with a preference for sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone demeanor.
  • Excellent customer relationship abilities.
  • The capability to prioritize and manage their own workload effectively.
