We are seeking a Youth Care Specialist to join our dedicated team, someone who embodies our core values. Our Youth Care Specialists receive comprehensive training in areas such as early trauma, child sexual exploitation, harmful sexual behavior, children's rights, and participation. We adopt a multidisciplinary approach with clearly defined measurable outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Possess a full driving license and have personal transport due to the rural setting.
- Able to work a shift pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off (8am – 10pm including sleep-in shifts).
- Experience in a similar role (minimum 3 months preferred).
- QCF Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
