Job Title: Senior Solution Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Solution Consultant to play a pivotal role in shaping our customers' experience and driving the success of our Supplier Management Platform. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for helping close, plan, and implement HICX' platform for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize solution/technical architecture & design, orchestrate POCs, technically lead implementation, etc. for HICX SBM platform.
  • Provide thought leadership in various technology areas associated with Master Data Management, Supplier Management, Supplier Performance, Information management, Data Quality, Data Profiling/discovery, etc.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams of the customer to drive solution & architecture definition.
  • Participate in strategic consulting projects, assessments, map solutions to client business processes, and develop value proposition & business case.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years professional experience working as a team member of software implementations.
  • 5+ years experience of solution design.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SaaS products.
  • Understanding the technical aspects of configuration, scripting, and SQL with the credibility to drive and challenge cross-functional teams of varying levels of technical detail.
  • Significant experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong practical experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
  • 2+ years' domain experience with procurement software such as Supplier Information Management or Procure-to-Pay (Coupa, Ariba, Basware, Ivalua, or other specialist solutions).
  • 2+ years' experience with procurement/supply chain processes and data in ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.).
