Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Audit Team Leader to join our esteemed organization. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and is situated within our Business Services division, specifically in the Risk & Compliance department.

Role Responsibilities

The Audit Team Leader will play a crucial role in managing our audit operations, specifically focusing on:

  • Compliance Management: Overseeing compliance audit programs across various service lines, both domestically and internationally. This includes reviewing audit outcomes, monitoring budgets, and addressing issues raised by auditors.
  • Internal Audit Development: Assisting in the formulation of an internal audit strategy for our Business Services division, leading the complete audit process from planning to reporting.

Qualifications and Experience
  • CCAB/IIA/CIMA qualification is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in risk-based audits and audit management.
  • Proven experience in delivering audits across support functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and work collaboratively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities.
Technical Proficiency
  • High level of IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with audit systems and tools like Power BI is advantageous.
