Payroll Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the payroll process for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple payrolls for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Support the team in respect of processes relevant to payroll and benefits.
  • Manage queries related to tax benefits, salary allowances, and statutory pay claims.
  • Process P11D s, Annual Returns, CIS Returns, P60s, P45s, start letters, and induction documentation.
  • Auto-enrolment processes.
  • Act as a mentor and leader to junior members of the team.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience of leading Payroll for a varied client portfolio.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with managing your own workload.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A team player able to mentor or work with other team members.
