Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and successful Aftersales Department Head to lead our Service Department and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of Service Department operations, ensuring seamless delivery of customer services.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and other performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to control costs and optimize departmental performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturday 1-in-3 rota 8am – 1pm.
