Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Teaching Partner to join our team at Initial Recruitment Services Ltd. As a Teaching Partner, you will work closely with our schools to provide support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with primary school aged pupils with a wide range of SEN needs
  • Provide support and guidance to teachers and other school staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and learning
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective support for pupils with SEN

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Partner with experience working with SEN pupils
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments and settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS check and minimum of 2 years professional references
