Job Overview: Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our dedicated IT Department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining the IT infrastructure across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Infrastructure Team and project leaders with daily operations
  • Ensure optimal performance of infrastructure services for IT solution delivery
  • Provide 3rd level support for troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Develop and implement secure infrastructure solutions
  • Lead IT infrastructure project initiatives
  • Maintain effective IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery protocols
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in Citrix, VMware, Storage Solutions, Windows Server, Azure, Office, and MDM
  • Experience in network configuration
  • Ability to integrate new business acquisitions into current infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
Skills & Competencies
  • Relevant certifications in VMWare, Citrix, Cisco, or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and data storage solutions
Work Schedule

This is a full-time role, requiring 38 hours per week, with the possibility of occasional work outside standard business hours.
