Role Overview:

As a key member of the internal sales and tendering team at the headquarters, you will play an essential role in supporting the external sales team. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and preparing quotations and tenders, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to after-sales support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Log and manage sales inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Support external sales initiatives by participating in customer meetings, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Maintain and update the sales and opportunities database.
  • Provide management with updates on the status of tenders and sales opportunities.
  • Assist in promoting projects across different marketing platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in the sales and distribution of electrical and automation products.
  • Familiarity with the marine and offshore energy industries.
  • A valid driving license is required.
