Job Title: Junior Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our prestigious education settings team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food catering services and working closely with our chefs to ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals for our clients
  • Work closely with the head chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills
  • A real passion for food and service
