Job Title: Junior Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our prestigious education settings team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food catering services and working closely with our experienced professionals to tailor our catering service provision to meet the bespoke requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our clients
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure excellent service standards
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills
  • A real passion for food and service
