Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer delivering fresh, innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Sous Chef in delivering exceptional food catering services in one of our prestigious education settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals
  • Contribute to menu planning and cost control
  • Develop and maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment
  • Support the Sous Chef in leading a team of kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role or in a related field
  • Excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills
  • A real passion for food and service
