As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and protection of our clients' people, property, and information.

  • Meet and greet all staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional and personable manner
  • Deliver a consistently high-end customer-focused experience

  • Ensure the workplace is visually of a high standard
  • Work closely with client contacts to ensure the office and/or front of house environment is a great place to visit and work
  • Assist in emergency situations

  • Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers
  • Represent Securitas and the client organisation in a manner that is in-keeping with the values, brand identity, and culture of both
Essential Skills

  • Experienced in Customer Service, Front of House, Concierge, Hosting, or Customer-facing role ideally within a corporate environment
  • Demonstrate the values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness which Securitas prides itself on
  • 5-Year checkable work history
  • SC clearance (we will assist to gain)
  • SIA licence (course provided, 6 days)
