Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team as an Automation Specialist. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative electronic systems and solutions for our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic systems and solutions for production lines
  • Implement and test electronic systems to ensure functionality and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electronic, and software components into cohesive systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in existing systems
  • Project manage and lead teams to plan, schedule, and execute projects within time and cost budgets

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
  • Extensive experience in programming PLC controls and hands-on technical/design experience
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects
  • Will to stay away from home for extended periods of time (a couple of times a year)
