About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Recruitment Team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration and customer service aspects of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize a busy workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and hiring managers, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from advertising to contract issuing.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of HR best practice principles and employment law relating to recruitment.
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent level of knowledge gained through relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as an administrator, with a strong track record of managing own workload and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
