We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Third Line Support Engineer to join our team at VINCI. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing escalated technical support to our end-users, ensuring that their business operations are not disrupted.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced technical support to end-users, resolving complex IT issues and ensuring that services are restored within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the Service Desk team to identify and resolve technical issues, and to develop and implement corrective solutions.
- Document and track technical issues, including root cause analysis and resolution, to ensure that knowledge is shared and best practices are followed.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and to negotiate service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles, to support end-users and IT staff.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the IT service management framework, ensuring that it is aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- ITIL Foundation V4 certification
- Experience in a 2nd line support role, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
- Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and operating systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-users, IT staff, and third-party vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
