Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team at Bright Horizons Burgess Hill Day Nursery and Preschool.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of all children
- Assess and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress
- Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and new initiatives

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification Previous experience working in the Early Years sector A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage A passion for making learning fun and engaging for young children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
