**Grow Your Career with Errington Legal**
As a Senior Associate or Associate/Senior Associate in our Cambridge team, you will play a key role in expanding our services across the region. This opportunity will allow you to work with new and existing clients, engage with your network to strengthen our offering, and develop opportunities for the referral of work across the business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work collaboratively with the Cambridge team to drive business growth and development
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Participate in business development opportunities to identify new revenue streams
- Contribute to the development of our commercial/corporate disputes practice
**Requirements:**
- 6 years or more PQE - Senior Associate, Legal Director, or Partner
- Solid grounding in commercial/corporate disputes
- Excellent business development and networking skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Flexible/hybrid working considered
