Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile projects, providing expert tax advice to clients
  • Conduct due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions, identifying potential issues and developing strategies to overcome them
  • Participate in all aspects of the deal cycle, from due diligence services to post-acquisition implementation and reorganisations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality results, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Mergers and Acquisitions Tax, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to analyse information and identify key issues
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
