Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Private Client team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients, handling a broad caseload, and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality legal advice across a range of issues, including negotiation and drafting of legal documentation
- Manage client and matter files efficiently, ensuring timely and effective handling of legal proceedings
- Engage in business development and build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Collaborate with experienced partners on complex matters
- Proven experience in a Private Client team, handling a broad caseload
- Strong knowledge of the law relating to Private Client work
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex legal matters clearly
- Solid organisation and time management skills
- Proven attention to detail and drafting skills
- IT literacy and a willingness to pioneer system development to build efficiencies
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Commercial approach to financial management and meeting agreed targets
