Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join our team at Euro London Appointments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on the manufacturing industry in the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing all HR practices and strategies on the UK side of the business. This will include:

  • Developing and implementing performance management systems
  • Providing guidance and support to employees to improve performance and career progression
  • Identifying training needs and delivering training programs
  • Managing compensation, benefits, and pension schemes
  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to align with business objectives
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness within the department

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR role
  • Qualifications and/or educational background in HR
  • Previous experience in the metal manufacturing industry
  • Deep understanding of UK employment laws and regulations
