Role Overview:

As a Chef de Partie, you will collaborate closely with the senior culinary team to produce exceptional roasts and innovative gastro dining using premium, locally sourced ingredients. Your duties will include:

  • Creating outstanding gastro pub dishes
  • Designing creative and nutritionally balanced menus
  • Leading a vibrant kitchen team
  • Managing daily kitchen operations
  • Ensuring top-tier food quality and service
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized kitchen space

Requirements:

  • Expertise in preparing and presenting high-quality meals
  • Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef
  • Participating in menu innovation
  • Keeping a clean and organized work area
  • Continuing to enhance culinary skills
