Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PCN Administrator to join our team at Primary Care Careers. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our primary care network.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the clinical director, PCN manager, and other team members, including secretarial and clerical duties.
  • Coordinate meetings across 4 practices, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and report preparation.
  • Organize training events and coordinate speakers.
  • Diarize appointments for the clinical director and management team.
  • Meet with the PCN manager regularly to prioritize tasks.
  • Assist with recruitment and HR administration.
  • Action and follow up PCN correspondence, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Our primary care network is committed to working together to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our services. We cover 4 practices across Mid Essex, and we are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team.

Person Specification

We are looking for an experienced medical administrator with excellent IT and typing skills. You should be adaptable, friendly, and able to work in a confidential and discreet manner. You will need to be able to think on your feet in a busy working environment and be able to multi-task, work hard, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
