Senior Family Outreach Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Family Outreach Worker to join our Children's Centre Team at E Bankside Primary School. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing outreach support to vulnerable children and families within our reach area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with our Deputy Family Services lead to offer outreach support to vulnerable children and families.
  • Collaborate with our school Family Support Team and Early Years to ensure a 'Bankside Best' start for all children and families within our reach area.
  • Develop and lead parenting support groups for our school early years parents.

Requirements:

  • Organised, reliable, empathetic, and passionate colleague with a sense of humour and resilience.
  • Excellent attendance and commitment to our school's values.
  • Ability to build positive and productive relationships with adults and children.
